I had a mixed experience at Heeton Concept Hotel - Luma Hammersmith. The location is great, just a short walk from Hammersmith station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the service left much to be desired. The reception staff seemed disinterested and, unfortunately, my room wasn't clean or properly prepared upon arrival.
